How do I prepare for a session?

Please find a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed for the duration ofyour appointment. Your animal (living or deceased) does not need to be present withyou.
You are welcome to take notes or record the session for your personal use. A Zoom linkwill be provided prior to your appointment unless an alternative arrangement has beenmade.
Please do not send any information about your animal(s) before the session, and beready to begin promptly at your scheduled time.

What information do you need about my animal before a session?

Animal CommunicationPlease don’t share anything about your pet, including a photo. At the beginning of oursession, I’ll ask you some very basic information about your animal. We want to learnwhat your pet wants to share, and any extra data may influence or alter the reading.
Energy Healing / Heart Frequency Healing™For remote energy healing sessions, I will reach out if there is any information I needfrom you ahead of time. Otherwise, no preparation is required.

What if I have medical concerns about my pet?

Energy healing sessions and services are offered for the purpose of anxiety and stressreduction, relaxation, enhanced bonding, and personal well-being only.The services provided by Kristen Johnson are not a substitute for medical, veterinary,psychological, or mental health diagnosis or treatment. Clients are encouraged toconsult with a licensed medical, mental health, or veterinary professional for anyphysical, emotional, or psychological condition.Kristen Johnson does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, performmedical or veterinary treatments, prescribe medications or substances, or interfere withthe care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.Energy healing and related services are intended to complement, not replace,professional medical or mental health care.Kristen Johnson is not a medical doctor or veterinarian. Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I understand that unexpected events can arise in anyone’s life. When you schedule asession, that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another clienton short notice. For this reason, the following policies are in place and are agreed to atthe time of booking.
Appointment Payments, Cancellations & ReschedulingPayment is expected no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact Kristen atinfo@kristenjohnson-intuitive.com at least 48 hours prior to your scheduledonline or in-person session.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with 48+ hours’ notice may havepayments applied to a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
No-ShowsA no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without notice.No-show appointments are charged in fullPayments are non-refundable and non-transferableMissed sessions will not be rescheduled
Late ArrivalsIf you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the next scheduledappointment.Full payment is still required regardless of time remainingNo refunds are issued for late arrivalsIf you wish to reschedule, a rescheduling fee may apply

RefundsAll payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a sessionwith 48+ hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to a future appointment. If asession is not canceled or rescheduled in accordance with this policy, payment isforfeited.Thank you for your understanding and for honoring these policies, which allow me to provide grounded and fully present in preparation of each and every client and animal session.
